The building is located in the Industrial and Commercial Area of Campobasso-Ripalimosani, where there are industrial structures, other commercial structures, schools, and other dealership facilities, and is about 1 km from the North Ring Road connecting to State Road 751, about 2 km from the Campobasso Nord-Contrada Colle delle Api exit of State Road 710, and about 4 km from the city center.

The commercial activity, therefore, continues regularly in the property for the duration of the lease contract as specified therein.
