The Website allows the User to view the auctions and announcements posted there, participate in procedures in accordance with the Sales Conditions listed for each individual auction/announcement, and make use of additional features available to the User within the platform.

The User is responsible for the correctness, completeness, and truthfulness of the data provided in their personal area; any changes to their data must be promptly communicated to Gobid Group, with subsequent updates to their profiles.

The User is responsible for the safekeeping and confidentiality of their access credentials to their reserved area of the Website. Any actions taken in their reserved area will be attributed to the User; therefore, any resulting responsibilities arising from the usage will fall solely on the User.

If the User detects any improper use of their personal account by third parties, they agree to promptly report it in order to enable the adoption of appropriate measures to safeguard the User's rights and those of Gobid Group.

Gobid Group, if there is a reasonable reason, reserves the right in any case to refuse registration of the User and/or remove already registered accounts.

It is understood, in any case, that account deletion will only be allowed if the User is not involved in an ongoing auction process, and the data and information provided during the account's activity period will be retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this Website.

It should be noted that this provision does not apply to User profiles activated for the purpose of making offers in the context of online real estate sales, pursuant to D.M. 32/2015.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. All disputes related to or arising from the use of the Website will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian law.
