The property in question is located within the artisan area of the Municipality of Alfonsine, in a position close to the city center. The area is easily accessible, well connected to urban and extra-urban traffic, and characterized by good visibility.
The total area of the lot is 8,370 square meters, including both covered and uncovered areas.
The property consists of two contiguous portions of industrial warehouse, intended for artisan and commercial activities, with an area of approximately 2,852.50 square meters, plus an exclusive courtyard.
