- the rent is a total of 171,000.00 euros per year plus VAT as per law, to be paid in monthly installments of 14,250.00 euros each to be paid in advance by the 15th of each month;
- in case of definitive award, the lease contract concerning these lots will be automatically terminated, without compensation or penalties in favor of the Tenant, after 90 (ninety) days from the communication of the aforementioned award to the tenant by the Concordat Procedure.
