that on JULY 15, 2025, at 4:00 PM, through the platform www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, the sale without auction of the property related to the enforcement procedure n.107/2024 R.G. Es. Imm., described below, will take place, in accordance with the "synchronous telematics sale" as per art. 21 D.M. February 26, 2015 n.32:UNIQUE LOT: full ownership for the share of 1/1 of the villa in Trani, at Via Monte D’Alba n.62, consisting of basement, raised ground floor, first floor, and external garden, with related uncovered parking space and garage; as well as full ownership for the share of 1/2 of the access avenue.
The villa is identified in the land registry at sheet 40, parcel 1239, sub. 1, Via Monte d’Alba, floors S1- T - 1, category A/7, class 3, size: 10.5 rooms, cadastral area 317 sqm, total excluding uncovered areas 306 sqm, income €759.19. The parking space is identified in the land registry at sheet 40, parcel 1239, sub. 2, category C/6, Via Monte d’Alba, floor S1- T, class 1, size 40 sqm, cadastral area 43 sqm, income €51.65.
