The house in question is part of a residential complex called "Glory Residence", consisting of two-family and single-family houses with two entrances, one on Via Giacinta Pezzana num. 21-23 and the other on the "Strada Statale 114 Orientale Sicula".
The house, internally, develops:
• In the basement there is an entrance-living room, two bedrooms with bathrooms, a laundry room, a hallway, a room with a bathtub placed at a higher level, two changing rooms, two shower rooms;
• On the ground floor there is a dining room connected to the kitchen and a bathroom;

It was not possible to verify the cadastral compliance because the garage does not exist on the sites.
