The agro-industrial complex covers an area of 102,700 square meters and consists of various buildings with different uses, access is by two driveway gates located at the two ends of the property and the buildings are divided into:
- Industrial building in which the vegetable processing area, two cold rooms, service area and bathrooms were built. The offices are on two levels and cover an area of about 400 square meters. Adjacent to the main structure, three illegal structures were built, one of which could be remedied. The illegal structures are the packaging depot and a cold room, both to be demolished, and a freight loading plan, remediable;
- 8 greenhouses for fruit and vegetable use consisting of a platform with reinforced concrete curb and heated by two burners. Currently only two are in operation for the production of cherries and cannabis officinalis. All greenhouses are equipped with gutters and heating system;
- Fertirrigation plant;
- Changing rooms built on a concrete platform with prefabricated panels. This structure appears to be abusive and must be demolished;
- Underground tank for the accumulation of water for irrigation. The supply is made by two artesian wells;
- Weighing system functioning and complete with mechanical devices;
- Housing unit of three floors above ground, it has only the masonry structure and the roof. This unit is illegal and must be demolished;
- Housing unit of two floors above ground;
- Enel transformer room;
- Mechanical workshop/warehouse made of tuff bricks with a front porch of 214 square meters. The porch was built without any title.
All the technological systems present in the buildings described above comply with current regulations.
The whole property is fenced with a concrete wall with overlying wire mesh.
