Temporary disruptions on the Public Sales Portal 02/10/2026

It is announced that from 22:47 on 01/10/2026 all services of the Public Sales Portal are unavailable. Checks are underway on the infrastructure to identify the cause, enable resolution of the problem and timely restoration of services. Updates will follow.

Public Sales Portal - portal unavailability from 18:00 on 05.07.2024 to 19:00 on 07.07.2024

It is announced that, due to extraordinary maintenance operations, the Public Sales Portal will NOT be available from 18:00 on July 5, 2024 until the end of activities and in any case no later than 19:00 on July 7, 2024.

Public Sales Portal - portal unavailability from 18:00 on 24.05.2024 to 19:00 on 26.05.2024

It is announced that further maintenance operations on the IT infrastructure are planned that will make the Public Sales Portal unavailable from 18:00 on May 24, 2024 until the end of activities and in any case no later than 19:00 on May 26, 2024.

Therefore, during this interruption, it will not be possible to publish a new sales listing, nor perform any other operation on the portal itself, and telematic sales already scheduled in that period must be rescheduled, as per the Note sent to the Offices (Ref. no. 20533.U. of 21/05/2024).

Shutdown of the Public Sales Portal

It is announced that, due to urgent maintenance activities, from 20:00 on November 13, 2020 to 24:00 on November 15, 2020

The Public Sales Portal will be shut down and its failure is certified pursuant to Art. 161 quater of the implementing provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The Portal is expected to be restored starting from 24:00 on November 15, 2020.
