The sports-recreational complex consists of a large outdoor area with swimming pools and equipped areas, two ballrooms on the ground floor and one on the first floor, a restaurant and two unfinished hotel facilities.
The structure consists of:
• Central body divided into the entrance with ticket office, bar, offices and warehouses, changing rooms and showers. The flat roof of this building is used as a flat roof.
• Outdoor paved area equipped with showers, outdoor bar, pergola and dance floor;
• Swimming pool of 18x33 meter with two diving boards, and a children's pool with slide;
• Discotheque 1, a ground floor structure mainly intended for discotheques and partly for offices and warehouses. The discotheque, which can be accessed directly from the parking lot in front, consists of a cash desk and ticket office, a central dance floor with consoles and sitting areas in masonry and wood on the sides, balconies with small steps, on which there are various lounges and areas, as well as to a large bar area with a masonry counter. Behind the console there is a warehouse area with several rooms; in this area there are also n. 4 emergency exits that access the external square on the opposite side of the car park. The nightclub is also equipped with separate toilets for men and women and two "private" areas, autonomous and functional, each of which can be reached via a staircase, directly from the areas facing the track;
• Hotel, developed on the first floor above the nightclub, this part of the property has never been completed and is currently in a state of neglect;
• Disco 2 is on the ground floor of a building adjacent to the structure that houses the hotel and the large nightclub, it consists of a dance floor surrounded by consoles and sofas, two bar areas and toilets. Externally there is a canopy.
• On the ground floor of the same building as nightclub 2 there is a restaurant, while on the first floor a ballroom and on the second floor a hotel.
The entire sports-recreational complex is equipped with a large parking lot that extends for the entire length of the same, with n. 3 driveways from the public road. This parking lot is mostly unpaved.
