The lot consists of:
a) Share of 1/9 of the apartment in Terlizzi at Via Daniele Manin 12 on the first and second floor, registered in the NCEU of the Municipality of Terlizzi at Fg. 22, p.lla 812, sub. 3, category A/4, class 3, of about 58 sqm, income € 145.64. Considering that the structure of the building in which the real estate unit is located is made of load-bearing masonry, it is presumed that the building was constructed in the early 1900s and consists of 3 above-ground floors plus a basement; the property currently consists on the first floor of a living/dining room, a kitchen, a storage room, a balcony, and on the second floor of a storage room, a WC, and a terrace; the apartment is effectively connected to the real estate unit owned by a third party who uses both real estate units as a primary residence; it has also been confirmed that the two real estate units are equipped with a single heating and electrical system.
b) Share of 1/18 of the real estate unit in Terlizzi at Via Daniele Manin no. 17, ground floor. The real estate unit in question is registered in the NCEU of the Municipality of Terlizzi at Fg. 22, p.lla 795, sub. 3, category A/5, class 4, of about 33 sqm, income € 59.65. Considering that the structure of the building in which the real estate unit subject to appraisal is located is made of load-bearing masonry, it is presumed that the building was constructed in the early 1900s; the property currently consists of a single main room on the ground floor naturally lit and ventilated by the entrance door, with a barrel vault ceiling with a height at the impost of the vault of 170 cm and at the key of 350 cm, there is also a wooden loft. The real estate unit is equipped with an electrical system and is used as a storage.
c) Share of 1/9 of the apartment in Terlizzi at Via Daniele Manin no. 8, ground floor registered in the NCEU of the Municipality of Terlizzi at Fg. 22, p.lla 812, sub. 1, category A/4, class 3, of about 44 sqm, income € 72.82;
Considering that the structure of the building in which the real estate unit in question is located is made of load-bearing masonry, it is presumed that the building was constructed in the early 1900s. The property currently consists of a single main room in the basement artificially lit and ventilated, with a barrel vault ceiling with a height at the impost of the vault of 150 cm and at the key of 240 cm. The real estate unit is in a state of degradation.

The property is used as a Church for ecclesiastical celebrations. It currently consists of a single main room on the ground floor naturally lit and ventilated by doors and windows, with a cross vault ceiling with a height at the impost of the vault of 340 cm and at the key of 575 cm decorated, plastered, and painted, the floor is marble, the walls are plastered and painted, there is a stone altar.
