Building areas in Roma, Locality Acilia / Collina INA zone / via Tuscolana zone - LOT 1
The lot consists of three distinct sites located in three different contexts within the city of Rome.
Specifically, this is a large area located in the south-west area of Rome (locality Acilia), located in addition to the Grande Raccordo Anulare, in the direction of Fiumicino, near the summer residence of the President of the Republic and the Tenuta di Castel State Nature Reserve Porziano, with access from via di Macchia Palocco.
The area has no primary and secondary urbanisation, and is not built on, with the exception of some portions on which residential buildings stand, in parts sold by the performing company, and others subject to separate sale referred to in this notice.
Therefore, a brief description of the individual properties/property complexes is provided below.
to. Land in Rome – Loc. Acilia with access from via dei Pescatori/via della Tenuta Palocco
The land, having a commercial area of approximately 1,300,000 square meters, falls within the Municipality X in the locality of Acilia, near the municipality of Fiumicino, located not far from the summer estate of the President of the Republic of Castel Porziano, near the route that connects the capital in Ostia and Fiumicino. The settlements in the area are almost of a residential, agricultural, artisanal and commercial nature.
b. Land in Rome – Via dell'Acquatraversa / via Cortina d'Ampezzo / via Sestriere area
This is a hilly area with a considerable surface area of over 470,000 square meters, bordering Via Cortina D'Ampezzo and Via Dell'Acqua Traversa, also called "Collina INA", located within the Insugherata Park, with all the constraints that follow, including non-buildability.
c. Land and accessories in Rome – via Biagio Petrocelli (via Tuscolana area)
This is land and two adjacent electrical transformation substations but not within the perimeter, located in southern Rome, at Town Hall VII. The site borders the former ITALCABLE management-production complex, now totally abandoned.
The area owned by the bankruptcy is burdened by de facto easements and, therefore, not transcribed, the former ITALCABLE dominant fund is owned by third party companies.
