Apartment with a relevant cellar and a garage, all located in a residential building consisting of 4 above-ground floors with a sloped roof, with access from a gate located on Via Giuseppe Mazzini no. 4; the building does not face the street but is positioned internally to the lot and is accessed via a single ramp external staircase leading to the raised ground floor.
It has a commercial area of 144 sqm.
The apartment is located on the first floor and access is through a security door that leads to a hallway directly connected to the living area; immediately to the left of the entrance door is a bathroom with a service anteroom and a study room; through a pair of corridors, one accesses the kitchen and the sleeping area, with two bedrooms and a second bathroom; the property is equipped with a balcony that runs along the front of the living room and kitchen, from which rooms it is accessed.
The cellar is located on the S1 floor and is a small room with a nearly square shape, equipped with a high window overlooking the external front of the building; access is through a security door.
The garage is also located on the S1 floor and is a rectangular-shaped space accessed on foot from inside the building through a door located in front of the cellar belonging to the apartment and by vehicle from the square in front of the building itself, through a rolling door located next to the external entrance staircase.
