Partially buildable land in Aiello del Sabato (AV), Locality Selve Vecchie - LOT 2

The land in question is located in an area near the western margins of the urban agglomeration of Aiello del Sabato, accessible via a local road that branches off from Provincial Road No. 64 along the stretch that connects the provincial capital with the town of Aiello del Sabato. Lot No. 2 consists of land cultivated with hazelnuts, organized into two distinct plots, one of which (Plot No. 1) is also partially buildable; the area is included in the agricultural region "Hills of Avellino" and falls within the DOCG zones for the production of "Fiano di Avellino". The two plots, approximately 150 meters apart, both border municipal roads, are flat, accessible to mechanical vehicles, and of good agricultural quality. The homogeneous zone C3 includes areas intended for the construction of tourist residential buildings aimed at the construction of second homes, vacation homes, minimum housing, holiday homes, etc. The homogeneous zone E is mainly intended for the direct exercise of agricultural activities by the professional agricultural entrepreneur. The regulations provide for the needs of the professional agricultural entrepreneur.
