It is necessary to attach the bidder's certificate of incorporation, if a legal person, as well as the identity document and tax code of the signatory of the proposal, with certification of powers. If a natural person, an identity document and tax code are sufficient.

 

The presentation of the expression of interest and the subsequent offer implies knowledge of this notice and other attached documents and constitutes acceptance of the conditions of the sale.

 

In the event of multiple offers, a competitive tender will be launched by auction starting from the best price.

 

Within 5 days from the expiry of the deadline, the interested parties will receive a communication from the procedure by certified e-mail in which the outcome of their expression of interest will be communicated and in which the indications for participation in the tender will be contained, as well as the date and time. of the same.

 

The successful bidder must pay the price by bank transfer made out to the Procedure, within ten days of the provisional award, without any possibility of extension, in the forms that will be indicated in the award.

 

The successful bidder will bear all the charges and expenses for the signing of the deed.

 

The costs of canceling the liens are charged to the bankruptcy procedure.
