URBAN AND CADASTRAL SITUATION
The expert witness in the appraisal filed in the deeds specified that a single property was reconstructed on the land area of ​​the demolished buildings for which the Concession for the Execution of Building Activities or Urban Transformation was issued No. 90/97 of 22/12/1997.
For the completion of all the works it is necessary to request a new Building Permit, as well as regularize the building from a structural point of view to the Civil Engineering Department, since the building is in the structural completion phase, the CTU has considered the costs related to technical expenses and administrative rights for building authorizations, rights to update the building cadastre, APE, SCA for a cost of approximately € 9,000.00, already deducted from the basic auction price.
