Lot of vehicles out of use and in a state of abandonment. Removal: handling and transport of the assets is the responsibility of the successful bidder and must take place in compliance with safety regulations. The successful bidder is also responsible for moving any assets not included in the lot, should they obstruct access for collection. Safeguard clause: The sale is to be understood as in bulk and not by measure. An inspection is recommended. The assets are sold under the "as seen and liked" clause; any discrepancies, damage, documentation and/or other disputes arising from the quality of the assets may not be grounds for complaint.
