Commercial and office premises in Udine - LOT 4

The unit is arranged over three levels (basement, ground and first) within a commercial complex along the busy Via Tricesimo.
The ground floor and basement are used as a shop (currently a betting shop), while the first floor is intended for offices with independent access from the condominium gallery.
The basement houses ancillary and service rooms directly connected to the commercial activity on the ground floor.
It has an area of 738 sqm.

 

The internal spaces are mainly laid out as follows:
• ground-floor shop and underground-floor warehouse, with ceramic flooring suitable for commercial use;
• ancillary rooms on the underground floor used as storage/warehouse connected to the shop and the condominium stairwell;

• first-floor office divided into several rooms with access from the stairwell and shared corridor.

There are discrepancies. The ground-floor unit and the basement premises are subject to a lease agreement signed on 24/03/2014, with a 6+6 term, at an annual rent of € 43,200.00.

The unit on the first floor, intended for office use, was occupied in the absence of a formalized lease title.

The offer is irrevocable for 120 days from submission and will lose effectiveness if ACME is not admitted to the insolvency proceedings brought before the Court of Padua (Restructuring Plan subject to Court Approval pursuant to art. 64-bis CCII).

Please note that Phase 1 is aimed at acquiring expressions of interest in the form of irrevocable purchase offers. After the end of the offer-collection period, Dr. Luigi de Anna, as Liquidator of the above-mentioned Company, will proceed to evaluate the irrevocable purchase offers collected by GOBID INTERNATIONAL AUCTION GROUP Srl, verifying the adequacy of the offered amount, the formal regularity and therefore the admissibility of the offers themselves, only after the filing and approval of the liquidation plan by the bodies of the procedure.

Only following the granted authorization and the consequent admission of the offers will Phase 2 begin, which will be carried out only after ACME is admitted to the aforementioned insolvency proceedings (Restructuring Plan subject to Court Approval pursuant to art. 64-bis CCII).
