Business branch "retail" operated in Padua, Via della Croce Rossa no. 112/116, intended for retail trade and e-commerce of children's items. The branch includes, within the limits and under the conditions resulting from the appraisal report and the documentation available in the data room: operating assets, furniture, equipment, systems and improvements; goods in stock subject to a consignment agreement; unregistered trademark, distinctive signs, domains, websites and e-commerce platforms, as well as the contractual relationships functional to the operation of the business, including the lease agreement for the property.
The business branch also includes the subordinate employment relationship, existing with the employee classified as an administrative clerk, whose transfer will take place pursuant to Article 2112 of the Italian Civil Code.
