The entire building, of which the property subject to appraisal belongs, was built in the absence of an enabling provision for which the application for concession was presented to the Mayor of the Municipality of Succivo on 03/23/1986 under number 2088 in amnesty pursuant to Law 28/02/1985 n°47 file n°126/86, which resulted in the issue of Building Permit in amnesty n°2/2019 dated 27/09/2019 pursuant to Law n°47/ 85. The technical office has carried out several searches, but at the moment it has not been possible to find the aforementioned amnesty practice (n°126/1986).
