REAL ESTATE COMPLEX: full ownership rights for the whole on various properties located in the municipality of Parrano, better described below with indication of the relative cadastral references, and consisting of:
a) buildings located in the historic center of the small village and used as homes, warehouses, factories and offices. Among the buildings located in the historic center, the building known as Castello di Partano is worthy of note, registered as a stately home, which dominates the inhabited center of the small village, spread over six floors, has two corner towers, both meniate to the Ghibelline. Currently the castle consists of: - a basement used as technical rooms connected to the exclusive park via an underground passage; - a ground floor where there is the main entrance equipped with a large helical staircase for access to the upper floors; - the first, second, third and fourth floors intended for housing and in which there are large halls, several bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens; - a mezzanine floor located between the third and fourth floors; - the fifth and sixth floors obtained in one of the two towers of the castle; on the second floor there are rooms used as a wellness center, with relative changing rooms (thermal bath, turkish bath, sauna, etc.) and on the same floor there is also a swimming pool externally;
b) buildings located in rural areas and used as farmhouses and warehouses; these are buildings that have a varying degree of conservation and maintenance (in part they are ruined); some sheds in the past were intended for storage rooms for agricultural products and/or for the shelter of livestock and/or used as a shed for agricultural tools;
c) land of considerable extension used for various crops (arable land, vineyard and olive grove), to woods and pastures. On some of these lands there are artificial water reservoirs built around the 1950s, used in the past for the watering of livestock and irrigation of the land, six wells for domestic use and one for thermal use, as well as a complex of caves of karst origin (known with the toponym of Tane del Diavolo) currently granted on loan for use to the Municipality of parcano for tourist purposes.
All the buildings placed on the land referred to in point c) are the object of the sale in the state of fact in which they are found even in the hypothesis in which part of the same is not registered as land registry.
