The property where the business branch is operated is currently leased under a commercial lease agreement. 

The transfer of the business is subject to the taxes provided by law, and said taxes and notarial expenses are borne by the buyer.

Please note that, upon the award of the business branch, the buyer undertakes to take over all contractual relationships pending on the date of the final award, as they constitute an integral part of the goodwill of the company in liquidation and its corporate value.
