Bankruptcy no. 122/2021 - Court of Florence
NOTICE
On 16 June 2026 at 12:00 p.m., before Notary Vincenzo Gunnella, at his office in Florence, Via Masaccio no. 187, the sale will take place by means of an irrevocable offer and any subsequent bidding for the assets described below, according to the procedures set out hereafter:
LOT 1:
- Trademark "WIVA": Italian basic registration no. 3620000185503 dated 8 January 2021 in classes 9 and 11 (renewal of the previous 2010 registration) and corresponding International registration no. 1063484 extended to the EU, UK, China;

- Trademark "WIVA": Italian basic registration no. 3620000185503 dated 8 January 2021 in classes 9 and 11 (renewal of the previous 2010 registration) and corresponding International registration no. 1063484 extended to the EU, UK, China;
- Trademark "WIVACTIVE": EU registration no. 17950995 granted on 21 December 2018 in class 11 and corresponding International registration no. 1465770 dated 22 February 2019 extended to the UK and China.
LOT 2:
- Patent "Wiva Spray Coating", relating to a system and a method for applying nanomaterial coatings on object surfaces. The system comprises a plurality of workstations in sequence, including a dry cleaning and activation station using atmospheric plasma for the surfaces to be coated; a pre-heating station for the surfaces to be coated; a spraying station to coat the surfaces with a nanomaterial coating; a pre-heating oven; a multi-stage oven controlled at different temperatures; and a cooling station: Italian patent grant no. 102018000004997 dated 18/05/2020 (Italian application no. 102018000004997 dated 2 May 2018).
- Patent "Gear Box", relating to a filtration device for the abatement of dust and/or particulate matter, for sanitization and air purification, said device comprising at least one filter cartridge provided with elements on whose surface there is a coating comprising a photocatalyst activatable by visible light and further comprising biocides of an organic or inorganic nature, wherein said filter cartridge is placed inside a container, said container being associable with at least one light source configured to emit radiation in the visible spectrum to irradiate the aforementioned filter cartridge: Italian patent grant no. 102018000011087 dated 12/11/2020 (Italian application no. 102018000011087 dated 14 December 2018). All as better described in the valuation report on file prepared by Dr. Tommaso Ridi on 20 November 2022, which is valid for all purposes for the exact identification of the assets themselves and for their factual and legal status, except to note that for the patent "Gear Box" the European application EP20190836533 has been withdrawn and therefore no longer exists.

LOT 4:Aesthetic model/design of lighting fixture "Mini-Eyeled": EU design application/grant no. 008058044-0001 UK design grant no. 9008058044-0001 with registration date 30 July 2020 and expiry 30 July 2030
LOT 5:Patent "Catenary", relating to a lighting fixture equipped with an assembly and support system based on a chain device that allows the lighting fixture to be made in various shapes and sizes. The chain device comprises a plurality of links suitable to be joined or separated and installed in a simple and quick manner. Said links may include external protective elements that can be applied to provide greater robustness to the link and to the chain device when assembled to form the lighting fixture:
• Italian patent grant no. 102018000004998 dated 29/05/2020 (basic Italian application no. 102018000004998 dated 2 May 2018);
• European patent grant no. EP3788301B1 dated 22/06/2022 (European application no. EP20190728127), nationalized in the following member countries of the European Patent Convention: Italy, France, Germany, Great Britain, Spain;
• US patent grant no. US11454376 dated 27/09/2022 (US application no. US201917051910).
