The lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adaptations of the goods to all applicable regulations, and in particular those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those relating to ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expense, with the transferor relieved of any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not compliant with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with any liability of the Trusteeship excluded in the event of their use by the purchaser. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, charge and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.

At the end of the auction, for the best offers received, the award will be subject to approval by the bodies of the procedure.
