    Descrizione (IT)L’impianto è costituito da 5 unità di dissalazione ad Osmosi Inversa (OI) di capacità nominale stimata in 20-25 lt/s, una stazione di presa e pompaggio acqua mare, un impianto di pre-trattamento dell’acqua mare, un impianto di remineralizzazione del permeato prodotto dai moduli OI, un sistema per lo smaltimento delle salamoie e delle acque di contro-lavaggio dei filtri dual-media ed, infine, una stazione di sollevamento dell’acqua prodotta.    Per ulteriori informazioni consultare la perizia in allegato    Come emerge nella perizia allegata alla scheda d’asta, il bene in vendita è da considerarsi, per stato di conservazione e vetustà, come bene destinato prevalentemente a recupero materiali/rottamazione.  Si precisa quindi che l’impianto viene posto in vendita nello stato di fatto in cui si trova, risultando in disuso da anni e in evidente stato di degrado.    La vendita è pertanto rivolta anche ad operatori del settore rottami/recupero metalli, i quali dovranno, in ogni caso, provvedere, a propria cura e spese, alle attività di smontaggio, movimentazione, carico, trasporto e smaltimento/recupero, nel rispetto della normativa vigente.
