1) Patent application no. 102024000014053 entitled "System and method for controlling an enclosed environment" (patent pending)
The invention relates to a system and method for controlling parameters of an enclosed environment in order to increase performance, comfort, healthiness, and more generally the level of well-being of occupants, based on multifactorial elements.
The estimated costs by the expert to complete the filing process of the patent application amount to approximately €1,500.00, amounts already considered in the valuation.

The software enables real-time monitoring of the environmental conditions of an enclosed environment based on proprietary algorithms using multifactorial predictive models. The output is concretized in the four indicators for which the patent application was filed.
The software could be used in the healthcare sector, transportation, manufacturing industry, retail, and shopping centers.
