Any adaptations of the goods to all applicable regulations and in particular those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those relating to ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to the regulations in force, shall be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expense, with the transferor released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the regulations currently in force on the matter, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with the receiver excluded from any liability in the event of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
