This is a fixed plant complex intended for the processing of inert materials, divided into several interconnected operating sections and consisting of machinery, equipment, transmission components, feeding, screening and conveying systems, conveyor belts, pumps, motors, electrical panels and related support structures.
The composition of the plant was reconstructed on the basis of the inventory findings, integrated with what was directly detected during the inspection and through the examination of the accessible identification plates.
The complex includes a material receiving and feeding section, equipped with a hopper and related feeding and conveying systems. The presence of this section is also confirmed in the accounting records, where a "hopper shelter canopy" is recorded.
The size reduction phase includes different crushing equipment. Among these, a unit manufactured by Nuova Fiorentini S.p.A. was directly detected, of older design, equipped with large side flywheels and belt transmission. Due to its construction configuration, the machinery appears attributable to a jaw crusher.
There are also screening, selection and granulometric classification equipment, including an ISO sieve listed in the inventory; during the inspection, an apparatus manufactured by CRIFI S.r.l. – Crushing Plant was also detected, bearing CE marking and year of construction 2004.
The movement of material between the different sections takes place through an articulated conveyor belt system, developed on multiple levels and supported by specific metal structures. Among the inventoried components, a DPB Weartsch belt with a stated length of 76.50 m is expressly recorded.
The complex also includes equipment and components intended for the management and movement of process fluids, among which Caprari pumps and electric pumps are inventoried. In the treatment area, an apparatus bearing the plate TSF 2000-4-1.6 – year 2008 was also found, equipped with motor vibrators and elastic suspensions.
The equipment includes numerous electric motors, gearboxes, belt and chain drives, as well as a control station with an electrical panel for operating the main components of the line.
Finally, among the accessory equipment, various equipment connected to quarry activities are recorded, including hammer GU 70 7420-118, flat chisel MB1500, additional flat chisel and other mechanical equipment, in addition to the further assets analytically listed in the inventory.
The plant shows a poor state of preservation of the entire complex, caused by prolonged use and by components making up the plant, dating back decades compared to the date of production.
Based on visual evidence and despite the current state of preservation, the plant is functional and still in use today according to the lease agreement stipulated with the judicial procedure.
During the inventory activity and the inspection, no documentation of the plant was provided, reserving on any availability.
