The assets included in this lot are stored at a facility managed by a third-party company.
 

The successful bidder may choose between two collection methods, "Option A" and "Option B"

Option A: The successful bidder may independently handle the moving and loading of the awarded assets using their own equipment, under their sole responsibility, only upon prior submission of all mandatory safety documentation. The form with the list of required documents can be consulted in the lot sheet.
 

Option B: At the time of collection, the Successful Bidder shall pay directly to the above-mentioned Company an amount of Euro 30.00 (thirty/00), + VAT for each hour, or fraction thereof, required to complete the collection operations (decanting/handling/loading/unloading). The total cost, determined based on the actual time spent, will be invoiced and collected directly by the appointed Company at the time of collection, and remains entirely borne by the Successful Bidder.

Gobid International Auction Group S.r.l. operates solely as a mere executor of an assignment aimed at the competitive sale of the assets relating to the active assets of the Procedure, and therefore remains extraneous to any storage and/or handling activity of the assets and, consequently, to the management and invoicing of the related costs, times and operating methods, which remain the exclusive competence of the appointed third-party Company.
