The goods subject to this lot are stored at a facility managed by a third-party company.
 

The successful bidder can choose between two collection methods, "Option A" and "Option B"

Option A: The successful bidder can independently arrange the handling and loading of the awarded goods using their own means, under their own exclusive responsibility, only after presenting all mandatory safety documentation. The form with the list of required documents can be found in the lot sheet.
 

Option B: At the time of collection, the successful bidder must pay directly to the aforementioned company an amount of €30.00 (thirty/00), + VAT for each hour, or fraction thereof, necessary to complete the collection operations (transfer/handling/loading/unloading). The total cost, determined based on the actual time taken, will be invoiced and collected directly by the appointed company at the time of collection, and is entirely at the expense of the successful bidder.

Gobid International Auction Group S.r.l. operates solely as a mere executor of an assignment aimed at the competitive sale of goods related to the active estate of the Procedure, thus remaining extraneous to any custodial and/or handling activities of the goods and, consequently, to the management and invoicing of the related costs, times, and operational methods, which remain the exclusive responsibility of the appointed third-party company.
