The goods object of this lot are stored in a facility managed by a third-party company.
 

The successful bidder can choose between two withdrawal methods, "Option A" and "Option B"

Option A: The successful bidder can independently handle the movement and loading of the awarded goods with their own means, under their own exclusive responsibility, only upon presentation of all mandatory safety documentation. The form with the list of required documents is available in the lot sheet.
 

Option B: At the time of withdrawal, the successful bidder must pay directly to the aforementioned company an amount equal to Euro 30.00 (thirty/00), plus VAT for each hour, or fraction thereof, necessary to complete the withdrawal operations (transfer/movement/loading/unloading). The total cost, determined based on the time actually spent, will be invoiced and collected directly by the appointed company at the time of withdrawal, and remains entirely at the expense of the successful bidder.

Gobid International Auction Group S.r.l. operates solely as a mere executor of a mandate aimed at the competitive sale of the goods belonging to the active mass of the Procedure, therefore remaining uninvolved with any custody and/or movement of the goods and, consequently, with the management and invoicing of the related costs, times, and operational methods, which remain the exclusive responsibility of the appointed third-party company.
