The goods subject of this lot are stored at a facility managed by a third-party company.
 

The successful bidder can choose between two collection methods, "Option A" and "Option B"

Option A: The successful bidder may independently handle the movement and loading of the awarded goods using their own means, under their own exclusive responsibility, only upon presentation of all mandatory safety documentation. The form with the list of required documents can be viewed in the lot sheet.
 

Option B: At the time of collection, the successful bidder must pay directly to the aforementioned company an amount equal to Euro 30.00 (thirty/00), + VAT for each hour, or fraction thereof, necessary to complete the collection operations (transfer/movement/loading/unloading). The total cost, determined based on the actual time taken, will be invoiced and collected directly by the appointed company at the time of collection, and remains entirely at the expense of the successful bidder.

Gobid International Auction Group S.r.l. operates exclusively as a mere executor of an assignment aimed at the competitive sale of goods related to the active mass of the Procedure, thus remaining unrelated to any custody and/or movement of the goods and, consequently, to the management and invoicing of the related costs, times and operating methods, which remain the exclusive responsibility of the appointed third-party company.
