The assets of this lot are stored at a facility managed by a third-party company.
 

The winning bidder can choose between two collection methods, "Option A" and "Option B"

Option A: The winning bidder may independently handle the movement and loading of the awarded goods using their own means, under their own exclusive responsibility, only after presenting all mandatory safety documentation. The form with the list of required documents is available in the lot sheet.
 

Option B: At the time of collection, the winning bidder must directly pay the aforementioned company an amount of EUR 30.00 (thirty/00), plus VAT for each hour, or fraction thereof, needed to complete the collection operations (transfer/handling/loading/unloading). The total cost, determined based on the actual time spent, will be invoiced and collected directly by the appointed company at the time of collection, and is entirely borne by the winning bidder.

Gobid International Auction Group S.r.l. operates solely as a mere executor of an assignment aimed at the competitive sale of the assets related to the active mass of the Procedure, thus remaining unrelated to any custody and/or handling activities of the assets and, consequently, to the management and invoicing of the related costs, times, and operational methods, which remain under the exclusive responsibility of the appointed third-party company.
