Rental contract for a company operating in the dairy sector in Andria (BT), Via Barletta 235/237

The resulting value at the time of awarding will be equal to the monthly rent for the company rent

The rental contract includes all the assets organized for the exercise of the production and marketing of dairy products, all complete with equipment, machinery, tools, office furniture, licenses, trademarks and authorizations.
It should be noted that the assets covered by the company compendium may undergo changes at any time with respect to those indicated in the annex to the draft of the rental contract attached to this notice. Please refer expressly to the content of the draft of the company lease agreement, also in relation to the redetermination of the rent.

With regard to the employment relationships indicated in Annex "D" of the draft of the company lease contract attached to this notice, it is specified that they may undergo variations in the number of employees and in the qualifications held by them at the date of the awarding/signing of the company lease contract.

The lease will have a duration of 12 (twelve) months, with tacit renewal for the same period, as per the attached draft of the rental contract, with effect from the signing of the contract which will also determine the placing in possession of the same.

The property where the company carries out its business is registered at Real Estate Registry of the City of Andria at Sheet 21:
Parcel 528 - Sub 1 - Category D/7
Parcel 528 - Sub 3 - Category A/3 - Class 3 - Consistency 3.5 compartments

The property consists of a factory, adjoining office building and caretaker's accommodation.

It should be noted that the movable property present in the caretaker's accommodation is not object of rent.
