After the second tercio, the bull is dealt several times with the muleta (the tercio de muleta) which is the
piece of red flannel, placed on a wooden pole, used in the last part of the bullfight to instigate the bull and
replaces the hood, the cloth used up to this stage. Muleta is contested with one hand,
while in the bullfighter he holds the spear that will serve him later. The press describes this confrontation between bullfighter and
bull, face to face, without the aid of the horse. For killing the muleta is held with the left hand and
