L’azienda, ad oggi, risulta attiva ed è attualmente condotta in locazione in forza di contratto di affitto di ramo di azienda stipulato in data 01/09/2021, con prima scadenza il 01/08/2024 con rinnovo tacito di anno in anno salvo disdetta comunicata da una delle parti almeno tre mesi prima della scadenza del termine. La locazione dell’azienda comprende le attrezzature, i macchinari e gli arredi facenti parte dell’azienda. I locali ove insiste il ramo d’azienda sono condotti in locazione senza titolo a seguito di provvedimento di convalida di sfratto per morosità del 06/06/2019. Il canone di locazione mensile dell’azienda è pari a complessivi euro 2.000,00 di cui - Euro 635,00, quale canone mensile di locazione dei locali ove è gestita l’azienda (regolarmente versato anche a seguito del provvedimento di convalida di sfratto per morosità); - Euro 1.365,00 oltre IVA, quale canone mensile di affitto dell’azienda. La cessione del ramo d’azienda comporterà quindi il trasferimento in capo all’acquirente del contratto di locazione dell’azienda, nonchè delle citate licenze commerciali e delle attrezzature come da inventario in allegato, mentre il contratto di locazione dell’immobile ove viene esercitata l’attività non risulta più legalmente in essere a seguito del provvedimento di convalida di sfratto per morosità del 06/06/2019, il tutto così come sopra indicato.

In auction, a business branch concerning the production of fresh bakery products and the retail trade of other food products in specialized stores, located in Catania, Via Palermo 615, as per the notification of the start of food sector activity dated 26/03/2010, renewed on 28/05/2014.

The company is currently active and is being operated under a lease agreement for the business branch signed on 01/09/2021, with the first expiration on 01/08/2024, with tacit renewal year by year unless notice is given by one of the parties at least three months before the expiration date. The lease of the company includes the equipment, machinery, and furnishings that are part of the company.

The premises where the business branch is located are leased without title following the eviction validation order for arrears dated 06/06/2019.
The monthly rent of the company is a total of 2,000.00 euros, of which
- 635.00 euros, as the monthly rent for the premises where the company is managed (regularly paid even following the eviction validation order for arrears);
- 1,365.00 euros plus VAT, as the monthly rent for the company.

The transfer of the business branch will therefore involve the transfer to the buyer of the lease agreement of the company, as well as the aforementioned commercial licenses and equipment as per the attached inventory, while the lease agreement for the property where the activity is carried out is no longer legally in force following the eviction validation order for arrears dated 06/06/2019, all as indicated above.
