At the auction deadline, for highest bids not reaching reserve price, awarding will be subject to Bankruptcy Bodies approval.
Reserve price is indicated on the lot webpage. Lower will be the difference between the bid and the reserve price, higher will be the chance for awarding. Offers reaching the reserve price will determine the provisional lot awarding.
For viewing the goods, the entry and exit register is provided with name, surname, identity document, entry time and exit time.
Collection assistance costs are required. Due amounts for the available day of collection are indicated in each lot webpage. For further collection dates additional costs please refer to specific terms of the auction.
The withdrawal can be scheduled only after the successful tenderer has sent the Safety Plan, indicating: short risk report, names of the personnel who will carry out the withdrawal, DURC.

In the safety plan of the successful tenderer, the company in charge of the withdrawal must be indicated with the Safety Plan and its DURC attached
All means of transport that enter must be approved. The Safety Plan and sub Safety Plan must indicate the approval of the vehicles.

Access by crane or heavy vehicle requires desoldering of the access gate to the courtyard. The successful tenderer will have to unsolder the gate with his own tools and at his own expense and restore the original welding once the withdrawal operations have been completed.
