The transfer of the business is subject to the taxes provided by the relevant law; said taxes and notary fees are borne by the buyer.

Please note that, upon award of the business unit, the buyer undertakes to take over all contractual relationships pending as of the date of final award, as they constitute an integral part of the goodwill of the company in liquidation and of its business value.
