The procedure is not registered with VIES. VAT will therefore be due also for intra-EU buyers.

The lots are sold as seen and liked, in the state in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.
Any adjustments of the goods to all applicable regulations, and in particular those regarding prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to the regulations in force, shall be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer, who shall bear any expense, with the transferor held harmless from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, shall be considered the object of the sale solely as goods to be used for spare parts, with the receivership excluded from any liability in the event of their use by the purchaser. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations and lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to arrange, at its sole care, cost and risk, for their compliance, or, where this is not possible, for their disposal in accordance with the law.
