For sale a package of tax credits with a total nominal value of € 383,937.95, deriving from invoice discounts for building works.

The credits, which can be used for set-off via F24 form between 2026 and 2033, are divided as follows: 

Facade Bonus (Tax Code 6925): € 188,300.00 nominal (annual instalments 2027–2031). 
Renovation Bonus (Tax Code 7716): € 167,098.70 nominal (annual instalments 2026–2033). 
Superbonus (Tax Code 7719): € 28,539.25 nominal (annual instalment 2027).
