For sale: a package of tax credits with a total nominal value of € 383,937.95, derived from invoice discounts for building works.

The credits, usable for offsetting via F24 model between 2026 and 2033, are divided as follows:  

Facade Bonus (Tax Code 6925): € 188,300.00 nominal (annual installments 2027-2031).  
Renovation Bonus (Tax Code 7716): € 167,098.70 nominal (annual installments 2026-2033).  
Superbonus (Tax Code 7719): € 28,539.25 nominal (annual installment 2027).
