The vehicles are located at a third-party depot and the cost is to be borne by the Procedure for up to 15 days following the signing of the sales deed. After this period, the cost for storage of € 10 per day for each vehicle (plus 22% VAT) will be borne by the successful bidder and must be settled before collection.
It is noted that the vehicles subject to the auction are deregistered and without license plates, as a cessation of circulation for export to a Member State of the European Union has been reported, and that the vehicles have not been re-registered. Documentation not available.
The bankruptcy procedure and Gobid International Auction Group S.r.l. do not guarantee in any way that re-registration is legally or technically possible.
It is the exclusive responsibility of each interested party to carry out, before submitting the offer, all necessary preliminary checks at PRA, Civil Motorization or other competent authorities, in order to ascertain the actual feasibility of re-registering the asset as well as the possession of any personal requirements necessary (for example: registration in the REN - National Electronic Register of companies engaged in the profession of road transport).
All checks and related costs are entirely the responsibility of the bidder and the successful bidder.
If re-registration is not feasible, the successful bidder will be required, at their own care and expense, to arrange for the disposal and/or demolition of the vehicle in compliance with current environmental regulations, without the possibility of disputes, claims for damages or requests for price reductions.
By participating in the auction, the bidder declares, now and forever, to indemnify the Procedure and/or Gobid Group from any liability regarding the management of any proper disposal, the execution of which will be exclusively the responsibility of the successful bidder, who will be required to carry out this activity in compliance with current legal provisions and with the assistance of authorized parties, appointed by them, if necessary.
The asset is sold in the actual state of fact and law in which it is found, without any warranty, pursuant to art. 2922 of the Civil Code. Any discrepancies, deficiencies or burdens will not give rise to actions for annulment or complaints against the Procedure or the specialized entity appointed.
