For sale refrigerated cells and IVECO vans, as well as forklift truck and various equipment for logistics

It is possible to place bids also on the Complete Lot (Lot 0), which includes all lots in the auction.

The procedure is not registered with VIES. VAT will therefore be due also for intra‑Community buyers.

The lots are sold as seen and liked in their current condition. An inspection is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all regulations in force, and in particular to those regarding prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to the regulations in force, will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, who will bear any related costs, releasing the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods that do not comply with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, shall be considered as being sold solely as "to be scrapped", with the exclusion of any liability of the Receiver in the event of their use by the buyer. In particular, for any goods that do not comply with safety regulations and lack the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged, at their own exclusive care, cost and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
