The lots are sold as seen and liked, in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the goods to all applicable regulations, and in particular to those on prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expense, with the seller released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with the Curatorship excluded from any liability in the event of their use by the buyer. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations and lacking CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.

At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the bodies of the procedure. 

The reserve price is indicated in the lot sheet. Offers significantly lower than the reserve price will have less chance of being taken into consideration for a possible award. Therefore, the smaller the difference between the submitted offer and the reserve price, the higher the possibility of being awarded. 

Offers equal to or higher than the reserve price will determine the provisional award of the lot.
