BULK SALE - AUCTION WITH FREE BIDS


For sale over 3,400 formal clothing items and accessories, sewing machines, fabrics and mannequins, as well as office furniture and equipment

The lots are sold as seen and liked, in their current condition. Inspection is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all applicable regulations and in particular to those on prevention, safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current legislation will be the exclusive responsibility of the purchaser, who shall bear any related costs, releasing the transferor from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods that do not comply with the regulations currently in force, where included in the inventory, shall be considered the object of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with the exclusion of any liability of the Insolvency Administrator for any use of such goods by the purchaser. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations and lacking CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged, at their own exclusive care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, where this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.

At the end of the auction, for the highest bids received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the bodies in charge of the procedure. 

The reserve price is indicated in the lot sheet. Bids significantly lower than the reserve price will be less likely to be considered for a possible award. The smaller the difference between the bid submitted and the reserve price, the higher the likelihood of award. 

Bids equal to or higher than the reserve price will result in the provisional award of the lot.
