For sale equipment and instruments for underwater investigations and marine geophysical and geotechnical surveys such as antennas and GPS receivers
At the end of the auction, for the best offers received below the reserve price, the award will be subject to approval by the procedure authorities.
The reserve price is indicated in the lot sheet. Offers significantly lower than the reserve price will have less chance of being considered for a possible award. The lower the difference between the submitted offer and the reserve price, the higher the possibility of award.
Offers equal to or above the reserve price will determine the provisional award of the lot

Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations, particularly those regarding prevention and safety as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to current regulations will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any costs with the seller being exempt from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as items for sale solely as spare parts, excluding any liability of the Curatorship for the use of the same by the assignee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking CE marking, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense, and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
