Lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all current regulations and in particular those relating to prevention and safety, as well as those concerning ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – compliance with current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any expense, with the transferor released from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental assets not compliant with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as assets "to be scrapped", with the Curatorship excluded from any liability in the event of their use by the transferee. In particular, for any assets not compliant with safety regulations and lacking the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at their sole care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.

At the end of the auction, for the best offers received, the award will be subject to approval by the bodies of the procedure.
