The procedure is not registered with VIES. VAT will therefore be due also for intra‑Community buyers.

The lots are sold as seen and liked, in the condition in which they are found. Inspection is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all applicable regulations in force and in particular those relating to prevention and safety, as well as those concerning environmental and ecological protection and – more generally – current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, who shall bear any related costs, releasing the seller from any liability in this regard. Any equipment not compliant with the regulations currently in force, if included in the inventory, shall be considered as being sold solely as "to be scrapped", with exclusion of any liability of the Insolvency Administrator in the event of use of such assets by the purchaser. In particular, for any assets that are not compliant with safety regulations and lack the CE mark, the successful bidder is required, at their own exclusive care, cost and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
