The assets included in this lot are stored at a facility managed by a third-party company.
 

The successful bidder may choose between two collection methods, "Option A" and "Option B"

Option A: The successful bidder may independently handle the handling and loading of the awarded goods using their own means, under their sole responsibility, only upon prior submission of all mandatory safety documentation. The form with the list of required documents can be viewed in the lot page.
 

Option B: At the time of collection, the Successful Bidder must pay directly to the above-mentioned Company an amount equal to Euro 30.00 (thirty/00), + VAT for each hour, or fraction thereof, required to complete the collection operations (decanting/handling/loading/unloading). The total cost, determined based on the actual time spent, will be invoiced and collected directly by the appointed Company at the time of collection, and remains entirely borne by the Successful Bidder.

Gobid International Auction Group S.r.l. operates solely as the mere executor of an assignment aimed at the competitive sale of the assets relating to the active estate of the Procedure, therefore remaining extraneous to any activity of custody and/or handling of the goods and, consequently, to the management and invoicing of the related costs, times and operating methods, which remain under the exclusive responsibility of the appointed third-party Company.
