The procedure is not registered with the VIES. Therefore, VAT will also be due for intra-community purchasers.

The lots are sold as seen and liked, in the condition in which they are found. An inspection is recommended.

Any adjustments of the assets to all current regulations and in particular to those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – current regulations, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, who will bear any related costs, with the seller being exempt from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods that do not comply with the regulations currently in force in the matter, if included in the inventory, will be considered as the object of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with exclusion of any liability of the Receiver in the event of use of the same by the transferee. In particular, for any goods that do not comply with safety regulations and lack the CE mark, the successful bidder is obliged to proceed, at his/her own exclusive care, expense and risk, to bring them into compliance or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
