Any adjustments of the goods to all current regulations, particularly those concerning prevention, safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – to the current regulations will be the exclusive responsibility of the buyer who will bear any costs, exempting the seller from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not compliant with current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered as objects of the sale solely as "scrap" goods, excluding any liability of the Curatorship for the hypothesis of their use by the buyer. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations, lacking the CE mark, the buyer is obliged to proceed, at their own exclusive care, expense, and risk, to bring them up to standard or, if this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
