The procedure is not registered with VIES. VAT will therefore also be due for intra-Community buyers.

Lots are sold as seen and liked in the condition in which they are found. Viewing is recommended.

Any adjustments of the goods to all applicable regulations, and in particular those concerning prevention and safety, as well as those regarding ecological and environmental protection and – more generally – current regulations, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, who will bear any expense, with the transferor held harmless from any liability in this regard. Any instrumental goods not complying with current regulations, if included in the inventory, will be considered the object of the sale solely as goods "to be scrapped", with the receivership excluded from any liability in the event they are used by the transferee. In particular, for any goods not compliant with safety regulations and lacking the CE marking, the successful bidder is required to proceed, at their sole care, cost and risk, to bring them into compliance or, where this is not possible, to dispose of them in accordance with the law.
